All eyes on the Museum of London from 18 February as their free exhibition “London Street Photography” (I’m guessing it does exactly what it says on the tin) opens at their refurbished and lovely Barbican home. There’s a nice blog giving some context about it – and also explaining how the Museum has printed new copies of those photographs it didn’t have prints of – here. 59 photographers will be represented by over 200 images, which should make the exhibition a decent representation of styles, locales and content. Can you tell I’m looking forward to it? A review, no doubt, to follow.
