Guitars and just enough rock to air thrash with both a determined expression and broad grin; lyrics that are both specific to a time and place and yet so universal that middle managers from Oregon to Orpington can shout along to them as they trudge their way to meetings whilst remembering their first love and that time in their lives when it all came together and the sun was always shining.

And I still don’t know what a “five and dime” is.
