It’s like looking at an empty piece of paper, pen poised. So many ideas but none translate into words. So you write a title and underline it. And then cross it out. As with so many essays and stories so with my photo-a-day project. Until, when seeking even the vaguest idea for how to start I noticed, through the rain-streaked windscreen, the One-Stop. What else could there be for shot one?
If all goes well there will be another 364 of these. The outline rules, which I will break if needed obviousy, are: phone photos only, edited using the basic phone editor; taken, edited and uploaded each day. If nothing else it’ll stop my phone photo gallery being a procession of snaps of my dog showing her emotional range.
